How do I stop being a crazy person when I'm on that special time?

Every month I go though this area where i have more mood swings then everyone I ve every met. The only thing that Ive heard of working is if I go on the pill so I tried that and it made me depressed to the point of consitantly thinking about death. If anyone any other thing that might help please tell me. Thank you.

Try Evening Primrose Oil. Pepermint tea helps with moodiness, and Milk Thistle helps the liver handle the estrogen overload. Train yourself to pause before you react to anything….Okay I know I’m a crazy person today…is it my body or me that’s causing this thought reaction?
