Why is my stomach big when I weigh 113 pounds?

is it fat or something else?

Answer #1

If it’s squishy it’s probably fat. Maybe all of your weight just goes to your stomach?

Answer #2

It also depends on your height. What’s your height?

Answer #3

everyone has a little pudge, i have some and i am 98lbs its untone muscle for me. it could be has well for you, or certain foods can make you bloat such as fruits.

Answer #4

Are you sure it’s big? 113lbs is a fairly low weight so I don’t know.. your idea of “big” might be different to reality. But to actually answer your question, people store weight differently. Some people store a lot of weight in their thighs but not their stomach, others store it in their arms or face. It’s just your DNA, you can’t help it.

Answer #5

5’3

Answer #6

well i weigh 98 and i still have a bigger stomach than id like. i tend to hold it all there and only see weightloss and gain in my thighs so you might be kind of like me with your body type?

Answer #7

I was thinking this: maybe the original asker is seeing something other than fat, it’s more likely just untoned, and because of that your guts just sort of relax outward because gravity pulls them down. Little things like sit-ups and crunches regularly could fix that. You don’t have to overdo it, twenty of each per day brought up to thirty when it feels right did fine for me, with a little running.

Answer #8

I doubt it’s fat you sound a pretty good weight. If anything, it might just be a bit flabby which you can change by toning it with exercise so it is less squishy.

Answer #9
