When should the puppies stop drinking moms milk?
O my 1st ? Was when should the puppies stop drinking moms milk? An then I said what if she iz runin round the room?
Let mama decide…they begin to get teeth when they are 4 weeks or so, and mom will start leaving them for longer periods of time…make sure you start offering them puppy chow, softened in warm water, to keep them fed well.

She’ll wean them off when they’re ready… usually 6-8 weeks, but if she’s still feeding, leave them be… uhm what if the mother is running around the room? Well leave her alone… dogs in general do most of the caregiving and know what to do… unless she’s not feeding them, or hurting them, she probably knows best… if something is wrong with her, consult the vet…
