How can I lose weight fast and keep it off?

ok so i like starved for 36 hours and it felt so great i loved the hunger pains but i only lost like 2 pounds and gained one so now im like 108 almost 107…how do u lose weight fast and keep it off i wanna lose like 8 pounds…PLZ HELP ME B4 I GO CRAZY!!!

Starving yourself actually makes you put more weight on. When your body thinks it’s starving it stores all available energy and turns it into fat, yup that’s right fat. See in nature if you starve it means you die therefore your body being a wonderful thing will prevent itself of dying by storing all that it can in case the hard times aren’t up. Conclusion: don’t starve yourself if you want to loose weight. I agree with beckathina, exercise and a healthy diet is the only way to go in order be fit and feel good about yourself.

YOU WILL NEVER LOSE WEIGHT STARVING YOURSELF. YOU ONLY LIKE THE PAINS BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU’RE GETTING CLOSER TO YOUR GOAL AND YOU’RE NOT !

ALL THOSE 36 HOURS THAT YOU WASTED TIME TRYING TO “STARVE” YOU COULD’VE SPENT TAKING A 45 MINUTE POWER WALK WITH YOUR FRIENDS, ATE A NICE GRILLED CHICKEN SALAD AND A NON FAT YOGURT AND DID SOMETHING GOOD FOR YOURSELF. IF YOU WANT TO FEEL “PAIN” THEN GO DO SOME EXTREME AEROBICS CLASSES OR GET A GYM MEMBERSHIP. THEN WHEN YOU WAKE UP THE NEXT DAY AND YOU ARE SORE YOU WILL KNOW IT’S FOR A GOO REASON AND THE WEIGHT WILL STAY OFF. PLUS YOU WILL BE NICE AND TONE AND NOT ALL FLABBY. THAT REALLY DON’T LOOK GOOD.
