Its not the braces you have to worry about staining, its your teeth, because if you didnt take care of your teeth while the braces were on when they come off youll be left with weird shaped stains from where the braces werent on your teeth.

Curry can change the color of the ligitures on them, those are the colored bands they put on them, Smoking and black coffee are also big ones. I have ceramic braces and have to watch what I eat cause if the ligitures get stained it’s super noticeable.

i brush 3 times a day and i floss every second day on the weekdays and every day on the weekend starting from friday. im soo scared that i will get those little white squares!!!
