What can I use instead of a stability ball or bench for working out?

The other day, I bought a workout system called Supreme 90 Day. Some exercises require a stability ball. I don’t think that any stability balls won’t hold my weight, all 278 lbs. Also, I don’t have the kind of room in my apartment for a ball or bench.

. Forget the exercises that need a stability ball - they are designed for cardio-bunnies. . A weights bench is very useful, and you can get one that is designed to fold up for storage so they occupy a floor area about half the size of an arm chair. Provided you have enough floor area to lie down on your back with your knees up and feet flat on the floor you will have enough room to get the bench out and use it. . If you can’t even spare that much space just do the exercises that don’t require one. Overhead (Military) Press; Dead-lift; Bicep Curls; Squats; Upright Rowing; makes a very good all round workout. . If you really want to do benching exercises, but can’t fit a bench in - you can visit a gym once per week and use all the other specialized machines as well. The variety will help maintain your enthusiasm ….. as will all the fit cardio-bunnies. .
