The Chinese are great lovers of noodle soup. They tilt the bowl, and slurp in the noodles and soup with chopsticks. A bit noisy, but it works.
I have nver heard of anyone drinking soup with a straw! You learn something new everyday.
You’re supposed to use a soup spoon, the rounder ones, you have to push the soup away from yourself while it’s straight ahead if you get me? Then slurp it from the side of the spoon not the front. Can’t realy explain in greater detail. Sorry
