How much SPF is enough?

I will be working & volunteering at the zoo for about 9-5 daily (Mon-Fri). Plus I live in South Carolina so on a usually day It’s 85 to 95 dregrees during the summer. So how strong of a sunscreen should I use?

Honestly, anything higher than a 45 spf is unnecessary. It makes no difference at that point. So, I would go with anything from 30-45 spf. Aveeno is the best brand, too.

Anything over SPF 50 doesn’t help your skin any extra. I would use between SPF 40 and SPF 50.

At times when I have used it, which is not very often, I like the areosol spray on kind and it’s about a 40. The reason I like the spray is because when you start sweating, you can very easily and quickly re-apply it and keep moving without alot of hassle. Convient if your busy I guess is what I’m sayin.
