Are spermicidal condoms any good? Are they more effective than normal condoms Or are they the same? Thanks.
spermicidal condoms are good incase of a break. It doesn't eliminate the risk of pregnancy totally but it does decrease it.
In the case of a break, it still wont protect against stds

Anything with spermicide would be better. Having a condom with spermicide ensures that if any of those little suckers some how get through they will still be killed.
I would assume they are better than a non spermicidal condom considering spermicide is an anti sperm.
