"Spark" of life
Where, in the human body, is the “spark” of life? It can’t be the heart because man has lived on artificial hearts. Is it some spot in the brain?
Maybe maybe somewhere in the brain - at least as far as I know, no one has managed to live with an artificial brain.
On the other hand, many people would say that it’s not physically located anywhere - they call it ‘soul’ (the name isn’t important) and say that it is eternal. Your body can die, but that ‘spark of you’ is undying.
