I'd definitely say it doesn't really have any health benefits but there's always worst foods.. It is canned meat, pork shoulder and ham meat. There's plenty of sodium and fat in spam. It's fine once in a while, definitely not daily.
It's not really healthy and it seems to me that it's not even real food. All processed. Yuck. But it is used in a lot of dishes and a lot of people like it.
Spam is canned meat, made out of God knows what. I wouldn't say it's bad for you, but it isn't "healthy".
It is made of ham and has a lot of sodium. We ate it growing up in the 80's. We loved it and still do.
It's made from decomposed human body parts and sour milk. I guess it's a bit of an aquired taste :D
