Hi, My best friend has suddenly been having issues 'down there'. Well not issues exactly, but she thinks its weird. At school all the sudden she will feel a lot of liquid pool up in her undwear, and she'll go to the bathroom and there will be really soupy discharge in her underwear. Shes started her period already so she thinks this is abnormal. She hasn't had sex yet -im pretty sure she'd tell me- so she doesn't have an STD. Is soupy discharge normal, we're pretty sure its discharge. But she has soupy white stuff down there. Is she ok?

Is she going through puberty? I.e. recently maybe started her period? then it is especially common to have a lot of discharge. Untill her body regulates itself she'll have to use panty liners. But it is normal..nothing to worry about
She might be pregnant and not want to tell you. Maybe something else is seriously wrong make sure she goes to the doctor and gets it checked out
