Sleeping more than your body needs sometimes can make you tired. Try doing something that gets you tired before you go to sleep, and have time set of when you wake up and when you go to bed, this way you sleep well because your tired, but you don't over sleep too much. When you over sleep you just get this lazy feeling, but if you got to sleep about 9 and then wake up at 6 and take a shower d start your dad you will he doing something productive and the lazy feeling or tired feeling will go away.
You're oversleeping? Try to have a set bed time and waking up time. Like 10 o'clock every night and 7 o'clock every morning. On both week days and on weekends. If you get regular and force yourself to get up, eat healthily etc. then this should improve. If not, see a doctor
Do some form of exercise in place of all those hours of sleep- you'll feel much better.
Too much sleep (especially at your age) will negatively impact your circadian cycles...
you shouldnt have more than 9 hours of sleep per day or else it will make you more tired, i know from expirience =)
u should go out && just try to sleep 8 hours a day && eat healthy:)) that ill make feel muchh better
when u over sleep ur body reacts like its getting to little
