I've lately been really depressed (crying, panic attacks, cutting myself), and I'm already seeing a therapist and stuff, but I want to know if there are any simple activitys that could easily cheer me up?
talk to someone when you feel depressed.listen to music or write down what you feel on a paper and read it.when your finished tear it.do some exercise-physical work will get your mind of problems or allow you to think clearly.go for a walk somewhere peaceful and quiet where you can be at peace.take a cold shower if your too depressed-it works for me.get a new hobby which will keep you interested and won't let your mind stray.

Basically: think back to things that you can remember you've enjoyed doing.
Maybe you can remember how good you felt when you watched a funny movie, or listened to a certain piece of music, or went for a walk, or just soaked in a hot bathtub with some great bath oil.
Just try to remember, and then DO it. And for heavens sakes, DON'T try to go and do things you don't really want to do but have been putting off. This isn't the time for that.
These are all great ideas. Keep yourself occupied whether it be through an activity you enjoy, being around friends with positive attitudes, or just being completely random. Just try and have a little bit of fun now and again and like passion said laugh. Although it doesn't hurt to cry once in awhile...
maybe if you have bofriend or a special friend or someone, even a family member just talk to them and they will make you feel loved... an trust me that the best feeling in the world!
