Depending on how damaged your hair is, you might have to wait for it to grow out. Some tips however on making it better are… there are a lot of deep conditioners out there. Use them!!! Pantene makes some great restorative ones, most are leave in for 3-5 minutes, it gives a great time to shave while you wait. Garnier Frutis also has a great leave in conditioners that works the same way. Many shampoos have restorative lines, though pantenes is probably one of the best. also another great way to condition is if you get one of the restorative rinse out deep conditioners is to put it in then go outside in the sun and heat, the sun opens your hair follicles and the heat helps it seal in, but make sure you dont stay out there too long or it can damage it, use judgment. There are a ton of leave-in conditioners that are both creams and sprays, many of them smell great too. Mostly eat well, lots of fruits and vegetables give your hair even more shine as it grows in. Stop using heat on your hair as best you can, that means no straightening, curling, blow drying or any of the other things. Dont brush when you hair is wet, if you have to comb it, start from the bottom and go slowly, dont tear out knots, pick them out slowly, you have to have patience. use hair bands without the metal pieces, you can find them also anywhere, the less you do with your hair when it comes to putting it up the less damage you do. rinsing your hair in cold water gives it great shine.

Garnier Fructis has a new shampoo and conditioner for severly damaged hair.. Or you could use Dove advanced breakage therapy, or there’s Pantene pro-v restoratives. You choose, but they’re all great!

You can get good shampoo and conditioners but the main thing is to stop blow drying and/or coloring your hair. Let it dry naturally and use a wide toothed comb to comb through when wet, never a brush. Also, don’t use elastic hair bands, just use a soft scrunchie when putting you hair up, especially when you sleep. Also, you could put in some mayo and leave it in for 10 minutes or so and then wash it out. I recommend using a shower cap when you have the mayo on.

Hope that works for you!
