Smokin helps you reduce true or false??

Answer #1

Smoking TEMPORARILY reduces your appetite, as previously mentioned. As also previously mentioned, your body will become accustomed to it. You will have to smoke more and more to get the same effect. You will start to get fatter even though you are smoking, and then when you try to quit smoking you will blow up like a butterball. Drinking water (as also previously mentioned) is a MUCH more effective way to lose weight. Have a LARGE glass of water (12 ounces, not 8) BEFORE EVERY meal. Also have a LARGE glass of water every single time you are hungry. Often when we are dehydrated our body sends us the signal that we are hungry when what we really need is water. This works because you will (hopefully) get a small amount of fluids from your food, but what is most effective is water.

Answer #2

Smoking can decrease your appetite for short periods of time, but it isn’t the solution to weight loss, by a long shot. Drinking lots of water or chewing gum will decrease your appetite and it’s much healthier. Don’t smoke cigarettes.

Answer #3

Usually smoking will cause you to lose weight, but it’s not a good thing. It also raises your chance of lung cancer and makes you look all nasty and leathery and not to mention is highly unattractive.
