How do you get a tiny waist?
I think it's all diet and cardio. Women's Health magazine does a column on good food for your abs. Stay away from working your side stomach muscles too hard. I do a lot of ab and core work. I overworked my obliques (side stomach muscles) and now they look like love handles :( They're hard as a rock, but those muscle grow out, not in.
I have heard that Hula Hooping helps to lose weight off the hips, and make them more curvy.
