I am wanting to lose 25-30 pounds before this summer. Would it work? I would eat healthy after I lose it to keep it off. I was going to play the Just Dance 3 game for and hour every day. Have ou tried it an succeeded? And please don't judge me, I'm just not happy with my weight. Thanks!(:
The problem is that 95% (literally; that is 19 out of 20 people) of everyone who looses weight later gains it back. The goal of any weight loss regime is to be one of the 5% that succeeds keeping the weight off. Extreme diets work in that they result in quick and reasonably easy weight loss but they do nothing to prepare the dieter to maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle afterword.
I agree with your answer completely but I just wanna add, you're not suppose to use any unnatural things besides working out/dieting when you're so young, it's not good for your body at all.
No. You need to eat healthily before so you set good habits and excercise. Dont try anything like Slim fast or any diet fixes besides exercise and eating right.
