slender for school

I wanna loose atleast 30 or 40 lbs by september 3. im willing to do ANYTHING!!! I know it may be unhealthy to loose al that weight but I have to. HELP

eat healthy dont just stop eating all together, try just doing crunches at night I do aboutt 100 I just cut it into sections like 5 sets of 20

there is a great diet and work out plan calle: P90X. it is a three month diet and work out program that you can do in your own home. I did it and lost 25 lbs. in about a month and a half just look it up online or go to beachbody.com

when it comes to foods eliminate as much salt and sugar as you can. Develope a work out plan that fits your currnet size. Then as the summer goes on add certain exersizes. Im planng 2 do the same thing over the summer as well. Good luck :)

I’m trying to do the same thing too. Sooo, yeah, you shouldn’t do anything drastic or crazy. If you want too lose faster, cut out all sugar, breads, & use a salt substitute(you can’t really tell the difference between the real and the fake). And it would be awesome if you excersiced every day but make sure NOT to over-due it. And If you just have too have pop, try to get used to diet pop. But, like one of the most important thing is to drink a bunch of water! It ‘flushes’ the fat out. =)

well first of all dont think of this as “losing weight” this sets any person up for failure. Try to become healthier, excersize, cut out things such as soda, and high fat food. Join a sports team.

Try to lose weight gradually. Cut off soda and/or snacks and swim or run every day. Eat fruit. ^^
