This may be a stupid ?. But im 16 & have nobody to talk to.I self injure and am currently seeing a mental health therpist.Im getting worse.And im bulimic & they have no idea.I think it would be good for me to go to a mental hospital for a while but others say no.What do you think?
You know yourself better than anybody - if you think going into the hospital is a good thing, then you're probably right.
Do what you need to do, not what others think you should do.
