i was doing some research on ways to get to sleep faster and such and came across this sleepy time tea. does it make you relax and become lethargic like its said in the description?
Though I haven't tried that kind of tea, I do personally find tea relaxing in general. That being said, though, it really depends on what you did that is causing you to not be able to sleep right now. As an example, if you've had a lot of caffeine tonight, chances are that the tea isn't going to be as effective on you.
If you have trouble sleeping at night, you really have to try breaking those bad habits that cause you to be awake so long. In the end, that is the best method of getting to sleep.
Yah that little extra to help relax at night. I have some made by Stash I think that works pretty good. Sometimes I will use one of those and one of the "Mint Medley" together and thats pretty tasty and helps settle a stomach if your worried, stress, or my latest attempt at bachelor cooking didn't turn out well. :P
no i sleep fine and i sleep 8-10 hours a night. i just need something to mellow me out, that and i am trying to create good habits for myself such as getting to bed earlier so i wake up earlier to start my day, drinking more water, healthier meals just to feel generally better.
i bought the whittards one and it's called "dreamtime tea" it's like vanilla and apricot and somthing else i think it works just kinda chills you out before you go to sleep. i started to drink becasue i was having nightmares and i wasn't sleepibng well and it really helped me
but does it like calm you personally? i just need something to get me calm for the night, i have a horrible habit of trying to stuff that i should've during the day at night and i think i should get to bed sooner than 1 a.m
I have used a couple "Speepy Time" teas and most helped me relax. I usually don't have trouble getting to sleep, but some days I'm just too wound up or have too much on my mind, and the tea helps some.
where can i buy it? also you should try making easier, simple things if your not experienced. i swear me and bf lived on spaghetti without the meat forever haha
thats exactly my problem, has nothing to do with the caffiene i had during the day sometimes ppl need a little help after a stressful or action filling day haha
Some other teas you should try that are like sleep time, are "Sweet Dreams" and "I love Lemon" they both taste awesome. and they both help mellow me out.
