How to start sleeping a normal schedule again?

Ok, So during the holidays I’ve been sleeping early morning because I stay out on some days, and now d whole sleeping system is f*cked !! Im unable to sleep before 5am and stay sleeping late . What should I do ??

yeah, you should and must change your sleeping time before the school days start again. try to read in advance your lesson until your eyes tired and fall asleep. this might help…

hey why change why not stay partying! lol I guess you should maybe take a sleeping pill at like 8:00 at nite so you can sleep all nite and that should help I hope you sleep! again because I would hate to hear that you sleep in school because it would be compltly un fair!!! I wish I could lol!!!

I would try to change my sleeping pattern… and not stay out late… and try to get my hours back on track.. go to bed around 11 or 10 and just sleep until 8 … and if that dont work maybe try sleeping pills?
