It depends on what type of bouncy chair your speaking of. If its the ones where they are slightly reclined back on their backs then no, it doesnt.

If your talking about the ones where they are sitting straight up or standing..its not bad for their hearts but it is bad for their neck and back to be sleeping in that possition.

No, it doesn’t put pressure on the heart. As long as the sleep is for short periods it doesn’t really matter. My daughter could and did sleep everywhere and while in anything.
