Is 4months too young to put my child in a highchair

my daughter is 4months old and gets board sitting in her bouncer on de ground is it ok to put her in a highchair once she’s well straped in?

Answer #1

Make sure the seat can recline…if it does then it’s fine. But to make a 4 month old sit up straight in a straight back seat won’t happen, they don’t have the back and neck support that would be needed to sit up straight.

Answer #2

as long as your baby can hold its head up good I dont see why you couldn’t

Answer #3

It’s not bad if you have a reclining high chair. A lot of them have features that let you recline the seat. Until she sits up unsupported, she shouldn’t really be strapped in anywhere upright. :)

Answer #4

Well yes its bad to put them in a highchair at that age bcause their spine is still developing and they cannot support themselves very well at that age…
