On your back. it helps your bones and muscles at night realign, its good blood flow. And sleeping on your side wil cause cheek wrinkles, and you will get wrinkles more on one side than the other. Sleeping on your back will not cause these wrinkles and will actually help your cheek fat from wrinkling downward the next day.

Really is that proven? ^ I read an article that said you should sleep on your side. It help aligns your spine for better posture.

I like that answer… i got an idea how to get rid of my wrinkles on my cheek… i had had observed it recetly and i want to lessen it in some ways

Wherever you’re the most comfortable…..It’d be hell to sleep on your back, but couldn’t breath….or you’d wake up stiff as a bored.
