Skipping exercise.

I skipped 2 days of my daily 1 hour walk, that won’t make me fat will it? I plan to start up again, I’ve just been depressed lately.

LOL! Sorry but it’s kinda funny, unless you ate A LOT of junk food then nothing is going to happen lol.

anyways don’t worry about it, 2 days is nothing just don’t start flowing away from your daily walk because if you miss too much then you’ll just start gaining weight :P

And there is no reason to be depressed, I know lol I’m not in your shoes or anything but enjoy life, just smile :D

2 days is not a big a deal. Don’t stress over it. Stress will make you gain weight. You’ll be fine.
