  fruitylicious and haileybailey45 thanks for the response.the rashes is itchy. I get rashes when I use cold water or the normal temperature of water. maybe the soap I use also makes my skin develop rashes

  is your hot water too hot? maybe try lower the temperature and have your a warm one instead of a hot shower..

  are you allergic to any soap or shampoo?
