skin problem

erm erm..I really really feel your pain right now…really :(..im also trying to get red of my scars and trying very hard to prevent more pimples from breaking out..so heres the knowledge I’ve gained so far..I think my scars are getting a little faded which is also quite good..although I have some really big red dark ones which seem to be taking awhile to fade..its been a month and it looks exactly the same T.T anyways..heres what you can do.. DRINK LOTS OF WATER! not too much but a lot of water..of course you’ll be going to toilet a lot but it helps clean your skin or something( I think thats what I heard, but drinking lots of water is really good).. EAT LOTS OF FRUITS ..eating lots of fruits speeds up the healing process of your skin which means your scars will probably heal faster..im eating lots and lots of fruits another thing you can do is PUT VITAMIN E OIL on your scars 2-3 times a day…any type of oil is fine..as long as its rich in vitamin E I heard that EATING LOTS OF NATURAL YOGURT is good also… erm..lets see..u can try dabbing some lime or lemon juice on your face using a cotton ball or cotton pad if it stings a little try adding some water to the juice to help dilated it a little… and try to keep your face OIL FREE but patting some powder on your face every time its oily..and you can also use ALOE VERA…it helps a lot …a face wash containing aloe vera is also fine ermm..try exfoliating your skin that might help too..or if you have money you can go and get a laser resurfacing scan..id go there if I could but I cant afford it >. . . .>…and also once..I had one on my cheek..I popped it..and a day or 2 later another new pimple formed right next to it..then I popped it again and a day or 2 later another one formed right next to it again..and I popped it again >.<…and one on top formed …so its really like a vicious cycle..so now im going to school with unpopped pimples..even if you can see the puss inside..its like a big yellow pimple right there..but im like screw that I dun care..I rather have unpopped pimples and let everyone see it then let it spread become worse and get more pimples..and the leave scars..all those pimples I popped left a scar which im stuggling so hard to get rid off.. well pls tell me how your face goes..I think you might be the first person I’ve come across which probably feels the same pain as I do..add me as a friend if you’d like..I wouldnt mind talking about how our faces turns out in a month or so :)

Check out www.acne.org for this acne plan called Regimen. It has helped tons of people. Oh and for your acne, how about trying Benzoyl peroxide? It’s stronger than salicylic acid. Check out the above mentioned website for more details. An example of a acne treatment is Neutrogena’s on the spot acne treatment. I’m using it and it works.
