For a very rich but delicious starter you can put Camembert cheese in small ‘one serving’ ovenproof dish, preferably one with a lid. Place one sliced clove of garlic on the sides and on top and a sprig of rosemary. Sprinkle over some salt and pepper. Fill the dish with white wine. Bake in the oven for 20min + on 180degrees Cel. or until the chees has melted. serve with toasted bread!
