How does a grilled cheese and turkey sandwich taste? Sometimes when I make lunch, I get a bit creative. Today, I had a grilled cheese with sliced turkey breast (from a package). I buttered the whole wheat bread on one side each and then fried the bread in a pan. After the slices had heated, I put the buttered slices down on the pan & the cheese and turkey in the middle.
So, the answer is - it was delicious. How do you like your grilled cheese?
Thanks for the post - now I’m very hungry, and could really go for a grilled cheese right about now. I like mine with cheese only, and I try to pass on the butter as it adds a lot of extra calories.
