do you know a few signs of depression?
uh I had a lot of trouble this year getting up on time because things wer seriously botherin me... I stopped taking risks w/ girls... then I decided to start going back to work out and it made me not depressed anymore it made me feel really good about myself
Here are the ones I know :)
Loss of interest in normal daily activities
Feeling sad or down
Crying for no apparent reason
Problems sleeping
Trouble focusing
Difficulty making decisions
Weight gain or loss
Irritability
Being easily annoyed
wanting to be by yourself all the time is a big sign!!
Oh, in other words, me.
