Should I relle have goten sespended for this?

ok so I found a sidekick 08, and I took it, but it felt wrong so I gave it to my gym teacher and she gave it ot the deen. and they called me the office, and sespended me because the sim card wasnt in the phone. im like ‘w.t.h why would I take her sim card’ and the princaple sespended me for 3 days.

im so mad because I felt it was wrong. like I gave them the phone, what else do they want!

I could swear oon my fathers grave that I did not touch the sim card.

Should I have gotten sespended for that?

What Ichi says!! Have your parent(s) contact the school board or even your state representative or congressman. You should not be penalized for trying to do the right thing.

teachers are dudes! they cudnt prove you stole it sooo…no logic at all. Unless they arent teling you sumthin like somebody told them you stole it and they decided not to tell you…but usualy they would…ah dunoo. rong newayx

Have your parents contact the school board… not the school, the actual board.

You can have this appealed - obviously you were falsely accused.

I know! I’ve caused a lil trouble but I’ve never stolen. should I get my dad to go up the school?

No, thats why I refuse to touch anything laying in the open, I found a necklace in high school and took it to the office, almost charged me with theft.
