shorten my period

I went on the pill when I was 15 to stop my period pains, make them regular and lighter and it worked.

My pains have lessened a lot and I know exactly what day I will come on and when I’ll be off - my periods only last about 4 days now, and it’s very light.

Not right now but I heard birth control makes your periods shorter. Not sure if its entirly true or not though

used a tampon then go swiming in a clorine pool it will stop it

my birthcontrol made it longer.. but I know that just lettin it flow naturally and using pads at night instead of tampons helps. you normally dont bleed when you sleep.. but usin pads so it can flow out shortens it. so does hot baths.

yeah birth control pills.

lol. I prefer you just take the 7 days of it because if you take something and it does somethign wrong to you then thats on u. just take the pills as soon as you feel a little pain… and remember dont stand still when you have cramps move around to loosen up your muscles.

NOW I DONT KNOW IF THIS WORKS FOR EVERYONE BUT I’ve FOUND USING TAMPONS MAKES MINE SHORTER. HAS ANYONE ELSE HAD THIS??
