Hi girls! Some months ago I tried a new pad, called Anion Love Moon Sanitary Napkin from WinalitePro. One thing I noticed then was that my period was much shorter than usually (only about 2-3 days and very light). I thought it was some coincidence, or just one period that was out of the ordinary, but then, same thing happened next month. And I have heard other women who use this pad saying that they are experiencing the same thing- their periods are shorter and lighter. I have a friend, though, who told me it didn’t work for her. So, it’s not like it’s guaranteed for everybody, but it works for many women. You can try it for yourself and see if it works for you. There’s nothing to lose. Let me know what your experience is.

if you take medicine for cramping like advil or tylenol or motrin stop that makes it last longer other then that I don’t know so I hope I helped

You can use birth control to make your periods shorter. Talk to your Doctor though.

if you are on the pill and your period is due but you are going away somewhere you can continue to take the pill and your period may only last a day or two but this is something that you should only do now and then not recomened for a quick fix

Besides hormonal birth control, if you are sexually active…have sex. The contractions caused by an orgasm will help to expell the shed uterine lining. Hope it helps.
