Whatever color the dress is flats in my opinion.
It depends is it one of the really short sexy types or is it like scrubs or is it the dress thing?
It’s a little short white dress, with red crosses on the sleeves and a small hat. Pretty sexy.
Flats with knee-high socks are cute with that sort of thing. :)

Depending on what style the nurse outfit is, is it a sexy one? or a real conservative one (scrubs) or just covered up? Flats, sexy high heels (black)some styles of boots.
