Shaving it hurts when I rub it or touch it

It’s a lot easier if you use shaving cream or soap. I shave there too and I don’t get bumps,bleeding,or anything if I use enough shaving cream. Hope this helped *^^

You’ve just got razor bumps so don’t worry : ] If you looks you’ll probably notice little red spots where you’ve shaved. You should always shave in the direction the hairs are growing, which is most likely going to be down towards your feet :) It doesn’t hurt as much if you trim the hairs short before you shave them aswell. You should buy a shaving gel like ‘The Art Of Shaving, Shaving Cream’. It will stop you from getting ingrown hairs and will moisturize the skin, it won’t feel as itchy or sting as much if you use it.
