What does it mean if I'm shaking, feel very cold and have a racing heart?

You could be sick (have a fever), anxious, be experiencing a panic attack, i mean, it kinda is hard for us to know?

O my word the same thing happened to me and my best friend the first time we went to this youth group lol it was the first time I seen her being shhhyyyy :O lol

Why dont you talk to whomever you live with?

There are many possible causes, and the fact that you now include that it “feels like a fever” suggests that you are starting to get the first symptoms of some sort of infection. It may be difficult to get an early appointment to see your Doctor at this time of year, so I suggest you try to keep a record of all your symptoms and how they are developing over time.

If you have a thermometer, record your temperature at least twice daily (morning and bedtime) and also during times when you have severe shaking chills / fever symptoms.

Pay particular attention to making any relevant notes (including date, time, & duration) about the following (which I quote from health.msn.com/ ):
