when using a condom should you still pull out when you cum? and also pulling and using a condom what do you think the chance of getting her pregnant is? enough to worry afterwards?

probably not arrested, but if someone saw you and reported it you could be taken down to the station for some questioning. and the pullout method doesnt work, its not a safe method to prevent pregnancy at all and if your wearing a condom, theres no need to do it
well with a condom you shouldnt have to pull out but unless you want to be even safer for like incase the condom tears do pull out. and you can get in trouble because its in a public area its called indecency. and by the way how can you do it in the movies?
