I think that you should just go into a kiss one day and see what he does if he gets into it then do things and if he does not talk to him about it. Get his Opinion on sex and other things sch as that, and I am very sure we wont think your a bad person after all what 15 year old boy does not want to experiment? but if he again does not want to talk about it maybe he thinks your not ready or sure enough he may not be ither,, ;)
just ask him and see, he most likely wont think your a bad person but he might not be ready for that yet, and thats OK even if he turns you down once doesnt necessarily mean that he wants to wait until marriage. and he might be trying to ask you the same thing, so just go for it and dont care what the outcome is
ask him if it duznt come up or just kiss and let yur hands wander. he'll enjoy that and unzip his pants if he duznt. he will most likely want to pull it out and is just scared to. you just need to help him along.
