there is semen in pre-cum but if you had clothes on how can it get on your hand? it would just stay on your clothes and please remember to LEARN about sex before you go off having it or getting sexually active learn about as well as the male and female reproductive system birth control, contraception, ;regnancy and stis because the main reason why kids and teens get pregnant and/or get stis is because of a lack of sex education
