Most women dont even find out they are pregnant until 5-7 weeks, and cant get a doctor appointment due to insurance reasons before 10 weeks. Missing prenatal care before that wont harm the baby, but you should start taking prenatal vitamins the day you find out your pregnant (its not just for your baby, its for you), and you should immediatly stop drinking and smoking.

I doubt it, my girlfriend didn’t find out she was pregnant till almost 3 months in, we both felt bad that we didn’t notice, but ultately, we had beautifull and healthy baby boy!!! we

It is during the first trimester that the mothers need to be taken care of because miscarriage is more likely to happen. That’s why the earlier you can find out that you’re pregnant, the better would it be for you and your baby because you can take precautions and vitamins too.
