I am not going to sit here and preach to you about taking others medication, obviously you know you shouldn’t do it.

Seroquel is an anti-psychotic drug; in low doses it helps people sleep. It will make you feel like you have been on a six week drunk the next day, until you get used to it. That explains the symptoms you felt the next day.

Stattera, is a medication used to treat AD/HD if you have no idea what it is it is simply put speed, hence your inability to sleep. It will not stay in your system for days on end and neither should the effects. it has been known to cause hallucinations, ticks and several other weird side affects.

My son takes medication for his severe hyper activity so I know a lot about all these medications. But just so you know, I gave my son an over the counter decongestant and he was rushed to the emergency room, because it caused his heart to start racing. His doctor told me it could have been FATAL. So while you are playing around with your friends pills think about that.

If you are going to take pills at least have sense enough to look them up on the web and find out what they are.

not a wise idea taking someone elses medication. I don’t know about strattera, but I do take seroquel and if someone took mine it could do some serious things since the dose is very high. from what I understand, lower doses can be used as sleep aids, and the higher doses are used as the anti-psychotic.

but if you don’t need it, don’t take it, especially if you are mixing it with something else that you don’t need or with alcohol.

You should never take medications that were not specifically prescribed for you - without a doctor’s supervision, you have no idea how it’s going to affect you.

What would you have done if it turned out you were allergic to one of those medications? The only positive thing about that is that you can’t feel stupid when you’re dead…this is serious business.
