Why can't I send/recive picture messages on my Mytouch 4g?
I just got it on christmas and for some reason every time I try to send something it says “Generic network fail”. And if I’m trying to download a picture a friend sends me it say “Unkown Error”.
maybe u have bad signal or its not in the plan?
I could do it with my old phones. But when I got the new mytouch it stop working. And I also went to somewhere I had full bars. And still nothing.
You might not have the plan that contains multimedia messages.
maybe your parents blocked it
