Picture messages

My phone is letting me recieve picture messages but does not let me send them, I do have credit. Its a contract phone and get free messages, pictures messages and calls but it wont let me send. Please help! :)

Contact your provider to see if your plan allows you to send them. Many providers allow you to receive but will not send pictures (which, to some carriers counts as data) without an additional cost per month.
