Where could I sell chocolate covered pretzels legally, if I was to make them?
You know make them, then put them in little baggies. Where could you sell them to people at, without getting in any kind of trouble.
Unfortunately to sell food I think you need a special permit. (Chocolate covered pretzels are delicious!!)

Some people sell from their own home… But like Pat said, it would be good to have a permit. That way you have proof that you’re not “poisoning” the customers.
Call your local city hall and see what the laws are in your state/city. Every state/city has different laws about what permits, licenses, or restrictions they have. There are some states that dont allow food items to be sold out or made in your home kitchen, you need an entirely seperate kitchen in order to sell the product. Thats why its best to just call your city hall and they can help you out.
ask a loca store to sell them there or start a website and sell the pretzels in batches
