I’m a little overweight and I need some advice about something.
How do I boost my self esteem when wearing a bathing suit.
I mean I’m not that overweight, just a couple pounds.
So how do I feel better about myself when wearing a bathing suit?

never let it show that you feel self concious because people are able to read into that and when people dont notice or look at you like the fat girl you wont notice and wont c your self as it either
im a lil fat too thats why if I go swinning I find a suit that help hide the tub tub lol “code word for fat” its pink with black poka dots it ties in the bak so its open and the front is a lose and covers my tummy so I feel ok about my self I hope I helped lol
Confidence is the key..to pretty much everything but definitely this case. Just believe in yourself that you will look great. Confidence is beauty.
what I do is I excentuate the best parts. I have a better upper body so I will wear a bikini top but I wear shorts as the bottom. Or I find a really cute 2 peice tankini. When you find something that looks good on you, you’ll feel better too.
first off…do NOT wear a one piece. that just labels yourself. find a super cute 2 piece in a solid, fun color. have a few tanning sessions or use self tanning wipes. you’ll instantly feel more confident in showing off some skin. another idea? victoriassecret.com has a ton of cute suits and cover ups from tank tops, tie around skirts (sooo cute on anyone!), and cute short shorts. mix and match… get some hot shades…and you’re good to go! have fun ma’am!!
I’m the same. I bought a two piece but it hides all my flaws so I don’t feel so blah about going swimming and such.
