Lol, what I used to do was do a handstand against the wall, the take a few steps(handsteps) backwards. This way you'll make yourself a slanted line \ like that. Make your head look at the wall so you make your body into a curve ) like that. This is a good stretch. Once you can do this and you're comfortable in this position, bend your nees so you kindof make a C. Hope I've helped!! X)
