When you go into a sauna at the gym, what do people wear?
and how do you know how long you’ve been in there for… Cuase I’m wear the mositure would hurt my watch
im pretty sure its what you would wear when you go swimming.
Some people wear swim suits/swim trunks, some wear a sports bra and small gym shorts, and some just wrap themselves in a towel and go in the buff (if the facility allows it).
They make watches that are waterproof that can stand the moisture of a sauna so you can track your time also.
Usually swim suits or just towls wrapped around them. Some however to think that it is acceptable to go completely naked, so beware of that as well.
at the gym i go to (all girl sauna) all most wear is a towel after they get out of shower. some just go in naked. to be safe just wear your suit.
Just ask people at the counter about what’s usual there before you go in the sauna first time. And then see what other folks wear..
In some places ppl go naked, even in mixed gender sauna. But in some other places that might get you arrested for public indecent behavior.

make sure u take a towel with u to sit on it. u dont want to just sit like that.
