everytime my mom or any adult in my family accuse me of doing something and i try to explain why i couldnt have possibly have done whatever i am being falsely accused of, they just laugh at me and say,"i know your lying to me, you want to know how i know?" beacuase your lips are moving! and im just stupidly sitting there with my mouth open thinking, of course my lips are moving, im talking to you you dumb shit!!! im trying to explain something to you, how am i suppossed to talk without moving my mouth, i dont know silanguage.
They're basically saying whatever you say is a lie.
it means a compulsive liar
