Would it be safe to start whitening my teeth?

Would it be safe to start using that home made bicarb. of soda paste to whiten my teeth? and how should I make the paste and how many times a day/week should I use it?

After many years and months of experience, i highly suggest not making your own paste. Go to walgreens or rite aid and buy arm and hammer whitening booster, it works GREAT. Its like 3 dollars? Really cheap, but works reallllly good. Make sure you dont start whitening treatments until your about 14 though, it can damage your teeth if your younger.

I don’t suggest making your own whitening solution. You can buy teeth whitening tooth paste, or even whitening strips at any drug-store.

I believe it would be the safest if you had it done professionally by a certified dentist. That way you should be able to get the best results in the safest way rather than risking it on your own. If you do decide to whiten them on your own, some research ought to help out on how to get the job done right.
